Introduction
Welcome to Peakful (the "App"), an iOS application that asks you a few questions a day and shows where your answers place you among other people, with a cited source behind every figure. The App is operated by Friendo Apps Technologies - FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (full provider details in the Legal Information section below).
Peakful is built to work on your device. This Privacy Policy explains the small amount of information that is processed when you use the App, and your rights regarding it. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
The Short Version
Your answers never leave your device. Peakful has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no servers of its own. The questions you answer, including anything you tell the App about your income, your habits or your history, are stored only in the App's own storage on your phone. We do not upload them, and we cannot see them. We do not run ads, we do not sell data, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Information We Process
The App processes only what is needed to provide its features:

| Your answers | Everything you answer in the App, and the ranks derived from it, are written to storage on your device that is shared only between the App and its widget. Nothing is transmitted to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the App removes it. |
| Reminders | Reminders are scheduled locally by your device. The text of a reminder is composed on the phone and never passes through a server of ours. |
| Subscription status | If you subscribe, your purchase is processed by Apple. RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, receives an anonymous app-generated identifier and your purchase history in order to validate your subscription. We never receive your name, Apple Account, or payment details. |
| Crash data | If you have enabled "Share With App Developers" in iOS settings, Apple may share anonymised crash reports with us. This is controlled by you through the operating system, not by the App. |
Sensitive Answers
Some questions touch on subjects people consider private, including income, health-related habits and personal history. We designed the App so that this data has nowhere to travel: it is written to local storage and read back by the App and its widget only. There is no account to attach it to, no export, and no backup service of ours. If you would rather not answer a particular question, you can skip it, and skipping never blocks the rest of the App.
What We Do Not Collect
- No account, email address, name, or contact details
- No location data
- No contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data
- No advertising identifiers, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking
- No usage analytics. The current version of the App contains no analytics SDK of any kind.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on two third parties, and only for payment:
- Apple processes the purchase itself. Apple's handling of your payment is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
- RevenueCat validates and restores subscriptions, using an anonymous identifier that is generated by the App and is not derived from your identity.
Data Retention
Because your answers are stored on your device, they are retained for as long as you keep the App installed, and you control them completely. Profile, then Erase all data, clears them immediately and permanently. Subscription records held by Apple and RevenueCat are retained under those companies' own policies.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase personal data held about you. In practice, since we hold no personal data about you, these rights are exercised directly on your device: everything the App knows is visible inside it and can be erased from Profile at any time. If you believe we hold information about you and want it addressed, write to support@peakful.app.
Children's Privacy
Peakful is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will act on it.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the App changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date, and where the change affects what is processed, the App will say so before the change takes effect.
